To find your ideal chain height, measure from the point of hanging (where your nail or hook will be) to where you want the TOP of the stained glass piece to be.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your piece to leave the studio. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking once your order ships. All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International shipping is offered to several countries via USPS Priority Mail International. If the actual shipping cost for your international order turns out to be less the shipping fee you paid, you will automatically be refunded the difference to your original payment method once your order ships.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me at any time. While damage during shipping rarely happens, if a piece arrives damaged it can be replaced or repaired free of charge.
DISPLAY AND CARE:
Every stained glass piece comes with chain. Please use a nail or screw hook above or on the underside of your window frame. Do not use rubber suction cups.
Use a soft, microfiber cloth if your piece needs a gentle clean/dusting, and Q-tips to get into small crevices. Do not scrub your piece with any abrasive material or chemicals as these may affect the appearance of the glass and wear the patina. If needed, you can gently clean an oxidized area with a soft cloth, apply a light coat of car wax, and buff off the wax to restore its original shine.
