The Trailhead Stained Glass Panel

This panel isn't one trail. It's every trailhead I've stood at with the same group of friends over and over again. Boots on, coffee in hand, everyone ready to go for a stroll.

This version is set in fall, when the aspens turn. A pale trail winds up through green and gold slopes toward orange and red ridges, with a strip of blue sky at the top. Over the years I have made it in a few different variations.

It is 11.5 by 10 inches, made with transparent glass in a mix of textures, so it sparkles when the sun hits it.

You can see more of my work on the stained glass panels page. New panels go to my email list first. If you'd like to see the next one before anyone else, join the list.
